Submissions are invited for the sixteenth annual conference, to be held at the City Palace, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on June 7-8, 2013. The conference brings together local and international teachers to learn and discuss best practices and trends in assessment and English language teaching.
Submission of papers
Please submit full papers to uzteaconference@gmail.com . The deadline for submission is April 30, 2013. Decisions will be made by April 28, 2013.
Conference Format, Attendance, and Registration
The number of presenters will be limited to about 30, which allows for in-depth discussion of each paper. Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the entire conference. Only those who are members of UzTEA or become one upon application submission date will be able to participate in the conference. If you are not UzTEA member by the application submission date please contact your local coordinator at your UzTEA branch and become one.
Travel and accommodation of the successful for local candidates are at the expense of USA Embassy Tashkent.
