			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>U.S. Embassy Tashkent is pleased to announce the Foreign National Student Internship Program to fill two internship positions in the Public Affairs Section.<br />
There are no benefits attached to the internship and no compensation, nor any future employment rights. The intern student will be retained under a Gratuitous Service Agreement.<span id="more-4105"></span></p>
<p>The internship provides students with an excellent opportunity to get useful work experience at an international organization, improve their English skills and develop event planning/program management abilities through active involvement in various programming activities.<br />
<em><strong><br />
The internship will be offered in the following office:</strong></em></p>
<p>Educational Advising Center (2 positions)</p>
<p><strong>Duties:</strong><br />
(1)               Assisting EAC clients with advising resources;<br />
(2)               Signing up EAC visitors via telephone and email;<br />
(3)               Helping EAC advisor maintain the EAC client database;<br />
(4)               Helping EAC staff with EAC outreach activities;<br />
(5)               Downloading, printing and making copies of documents;<br />
(6)               Helping clients to research and fill out applications to U.S. Universities;<br />
(7)               Other duties as required.</p>
<p>Students must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the program:</p>
<p>ü    Be at least 18 years old<br />
ü    Have graduated from secondary school or specialized secondary educational establishment<br />
ü    Be currently enrolled not less than half-time in a higher educational institution in Uzbekistan – either Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (freshman-junior years)<br />
ü    Be in a good academic standing at the current educational institution<br />
ü    Have good computer/internet and customer service skills<br />
ü    Be able to communicate in English, Russian and/or Uzbek<br />
ü    Provide written permission from the educational institution<br />
ü    Be a legal resident of Uzbekistan</p>
<p>In addition, the applicants must be able to work for a period of at least 6 months. Applicants must write their hours of availability (Monday through Friday) in their State of Interest. This includes available hours for the fall 2012 semester. Applicants that do not include this will not be considered.</p>

Также обоснуйте, почему считаете такой материал актуальным.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The OSCE Academy in Bishkek invites applications for the Master of Arts in Politics and Security Programme 2012-2013. The Programme offers advanced courses in political science, international relations and a range of applied disciplines in comprehensive security and conflict prevention and resolution with a focus on Central Asia.  The MA program is supported by the OSCE and a number of OSCE participating states and partner institutions. The coursework starts on 3 September 2012 and finishes on 30 September 2013. <em><strong>Deadline Extended: 23 APRIL, 2012</strong></em> <span id="more-3992"></span></p>
<p><strong>Eligibility:</strong><br />
Applicants must meet the following admission criteria:</p>
<p>-  Successful completion of an academic degree of higher education (BA, MA, MSc, Diploma) in  Political Science and other related fields, or enrollment in the final year of an undergraduate degree<br />
- Excellent knowledge of English<br />
-Applicants should not be older than 32 years on 3 September 2012<br />
-Citizenship preferably of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan<br />
-Applicants from other OSCE participating states can be accepted for the program, but on a limited basis only.<br />
<em><strong><br />
Financing:</strong></em> The OSCE Academy in Bishkek covers:</p>
<p>-Round trip travel expenses within Central Asia<br />
-Monthly stipend of EUR 180 per month<br />
-Housing allowance of EUR 95 for non-residents of Bishkek<br />
-Health insurance (Citizens of Kyrgyzstan are not eligible)<br />
-Child allowance of EUR 15 per child and single parent support (Medical insurance, transportation and visa costs are NOT provided for spouses and children)</p>

<p>The  United States Embassy in Uzbekistan is happy to announce recruitment  for the Hubert Humphrey Program for academic year 2013-14.</p>
<p>The  Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a one-year, full scholarship  program open to mid-career professionals who have a proven track record  of leadership, commitment to public service, and the capacity to take  full advantage of a self-defined program of independent study at a  leading U.S. university. The program awards a certificate from the U.S.  Government; it is not designed to deliver an advanced degree.<span id="more-3886"></span></p>
<p>The  Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program brings accomplished professionals  from designated countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America, the  Caribbean, the Middle East, Europe, and Eurasia to the United States at a  midpoint in their careers for a year of study and related professional  experiences. The Humphrey Program was initiated in 1978 to honor the  memory and accomplishments of the late Senator and Vice President,  Hubert H. Humphrey. Fellows are selected based on their potential for  national leadership and commitment to public service.</p>
<p>The program  provides a basis for establishing lasting ties between citizens of the  United States and their professional counterparts in other countries,  fostering an exchange of knowledge and mutual understanding throughout  the world.</p>
<p>Fellowships are granted competitively to professional  candidates with a commitment to public service in either the public or  private sector.</p>

<p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p>
<p>Interested  applicants must apply to the U.S. Embassy. After national selection,  final nominations are reviewed in the United States by independent  review committees. These review committees make recommendations to the  J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board for final selection.  Awards are announced early spring each year.</p>
<p><strong>To be eligible for a Humphrey Fellowship, applicants must have:</strong></p>
<p>∙ University degree, BA or BS equivalent<br />
∙ Five years of substantial professional experience<br />
∙ Demonstrated leadership qualities and a record of public service<br />
∙ Fluency in English<br />
∙ Limited prior experience in the U.S.</p>
<p><strong>Terms and Conditions:</strong></p>
<p>The  Humphrey Fellowship provides: international travel, tuition and  university fees, health/accident insurance, monthly maintenance  allowance and funding for books and professional activities. The  Humphrey Program does not provide financial support for accompanying  dependents.</p>
